# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 1 small Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
04 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 1 pinch nutmeg
06 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, additional as needed
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla

10 - ½ cup powdered sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla

# Steps:

01 - Line the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, egg, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla in a mixing bowl, and whisk thoroughly to combine.
03 - Fold in the diced apples.
04 - If the batter is too thick, add in additional heavy whipping cream as needed.
05 - Make four evenly spaced piles of the batter on the parchment paper inside the air fryer.
06 - Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, turning over halfway through.
07 - Whisk together the powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla to create the glaze.
08 - Brush the glaze onto the cooked apple fritters before serving.
