Air Fryer 3 Cheese Biscuit Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

Fluffy biscuit bites with gooey cheese centers, brushed with butter and a hint of Italian herbs, ready in minutes.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can large refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 170 grams cheddar cheese, cut into 16 cubes
03 - 170 grams Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 16 cubes
04 - 170 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes

→ Topping

05 - 15 milliliters butter, melted
06 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

# How to Make It:

01 - Slice cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mozzarella into 16 equal cubes each and set aside.
02 - Open the biscuit can and separate each biscuit. Split each biscuit in half to create 16 pieces, then flatten each into a round disc.
03 - Position one cube each of cheddar, Monterey Jack, and mozzarella in the center of each flattened dough disc.
04 - Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch seams tightly to fully seal each ball.
05 - Place the sealed dough balls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Depending on basket size, cook in batches if needed.
06 - Brush melted butter over the tops using a pastry brush, then evenly sprinkle Italian seasoning.
07 - Cook at 175°C (350°F) for 6 minutes until deep golden brown. Check at 5 minutes; times may vary by machine.
08 - Remove from air fryer and let cool for several minutes before serving. Enjoy with a bowl of marinara sauce if desired.

# Extra Information:

01 - For extra shine and moisture, reapply melted butter to the tops after cooking if they appear dry.
02 - Crescent or pizza dough may be substituted for biscuit dough with similar results.
03 - Experiment with alternative cheeses such as Swiss, Gruyère, Brie, or Pepper Jack for different flavors.
04 - Sprinkle a small amount of salt over the tops prior to cooking for enhanced flavor.
