Crispy Air Fryer Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sriracha Mayo

01 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1/2 tablespoon sriracha (up to 1 tablespoon)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - Salt to taste

→ Fried Shrimp

06 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
08 - 2 large eggs, whisked
09 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
10 - 1 pound large uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
11 - Cooking spray (safe for air fryers)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk mayo, sriracha, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Refrigerate until serving.
02 - Mix flour and Old Bay in one bowl, whisk eggs in second bowl, put breadcrumbs in third bowl.
03 - Pat shrimp dry. Coat in flour mixture, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
04 - Spray basket and shrimp with cooking spray. Cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes until golden.

01 - Can be made gluten-free with alternative flour and breadcrumbs
02 - Keto version uses almond flour and pork rinds
03 - Don't overcrowd air fryer basket
