Air Fryer Grilled Pineapples (Print Version)

Tropical caramelized air fryer pineapples with cinnamon-sugar goodness.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 canned pineapple rings
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
04 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the Air Fryer using the grill setting at 400°F (205°C) for 6 minutes.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the light brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
03 - Slice pineapple rings into quarters. Transfer the pineapple pieces to a plate and pat them dry.
04 - Brush one side of the pineapple pieces with softened butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place pineapple pieces, seasoned side down, onto an Air Fryer tray.
05 - Brush the remaining side of the pineapple pieces with butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
06 - Place the Air Fryer tray in the middle cooking chamber. Grill the pineapple pieces for 6 minutes, or until the sugar has caramelized.
07 - Transfer the grilled pineapple to a plate or bowl. Cool for a minute and serve as is or with vanilla ice cream.
