Air Fryer Honey Garlic (Print Version)

Crispy air-fried tenders tossed in a sweet honey garlic glaze.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken tenderloins
02 - 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
03 - 2 eggs, beaten
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - ½ teaspoon pepper

→ For the Sauce

08 - 1½ cups honey
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - ½ cup soy sauce

# Steps:

01 - Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat.
02 - In a bowl, combine chicken tenderloins with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure each piece is evenly coated.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes.
04 - Dip each seasoned chicken tenderloin into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully covered. Roll the egg-coated chicken in the cornflake mixture, pressing the coating onto the chicken to adhere.
05 - Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
06 - Cook the chicken in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
07 - While the chicken is cooking, in a large bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
08 - Once the chicken tenders are done, transfer them to the bowl with the sauce and toss until they are well coated.
09 - Serve your air fryer honey garlic chicken tenders over rice or with your favorite side dishes. Garnish with some chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
