→ Main ingredients

01 - 10 sprigs fresh thyme
02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes (2 to 3 inches in diameter)
03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the Air Fryer on the 'Bake' function at 370°F (188°C) for 40 minutes.
02 - Soak fresh thyme sprigs in olive oil in a bowl for at least 15 minutes. Set aside.
03 - Using a sturdy fork, prick the skin of sweet potatoes all over.
04 - Lightly brush sweet potatoes with the thyme-infused olive oil.
05 - Spread the soaked thyme sprigs on the Air Fryer tray. Place the sweet potatoes on top and lightly season with kosher salt.
06 - Insert the Air Fryer tray into the middle cooking chamber, near the rotisserie catch. Using the 'Bake' function, air fry the sweet potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes or until fork-tender at the thickest part. Turn the sweet potatoes 90 degrees every 10 minutes for even cooking.
07 - Cut the cooked sweet potatoes in half. Spread 1 teaspoon of butter on each half and serve with additional butter spread on top.

# Notes:

01 - This recipe uses an Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven. Not all Air Fryers cook the same way, so monitor closely for the first time.
02 - There is no need to wait for the ‘turn food’ reminder provided by the Air Fryer.
03 - Make sure to wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly before cooking.
