01 - 240 ml vanilla bean ice cream
02 - 240 ml cold apple cider or sparkling apple cider

→ Garnishes

03 - Red apple slices
04 - Cinnamon stick
05 - Whole star anise
06 - Cinnamon sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Add vanilla bean ice cream to a tall glass, filling it approximately two-thirds full.
02 - Gently pour chilled apple cider or sparkling cider over the ice cream. If using sparkling cider, pour slowly to control foaming.
03 - Top with red apple slices, a cinnamon stick, and whole star anise. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the glass and float.
