# Steps:

01 - Sift together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. In a small bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes until bubbly. Combine the yeast mixture with the dry ingredients and whisked egg, then knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
02 - In a saucepan, cook apples, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water over medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes until tender and thickened. Remove from heat and cool.
03 - Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla, blending thoroughly. Store in the refrigerator until needed.
04 - Roll out the dough to a 10x12-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter over it, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, and top with apple pie filling. Roll tightly into a log and slice evenly into 6 pieces. Place on a lined baking sheet and let rise for 1 hour.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour heavy cream over the rolls and bake for 28-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes.
06 - Spread the frosting over the warm rolls before serving.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - The dough may feel sticky during kneading but should not stick to hands when pinched.
02 - Make the apple filling and frosting in advance to save time.
