Crunchy fries smothered in cheese, sprinkled with crispy bacon, and drizzled in BBQ sauce for an all-time favorite comfort bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 big russet potatoes
02 - 2 cups of frozen french fries
03 - 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled up
05 - ½ cup of barbecue sauce
06 - ¼ cup sour cream
07 - 2 tbsp of green onions, chopped
08 - 1 tsp of ground paprika
09 - ½ tsp of table salt
10 - ½ tsp of black ground pepper

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Pop the frozen fries onto a baking tray and bake them for 25-30 minutes until they’re crispy and golden.
03 - As the fries bake, cook the bacon until it’s crunchy. Let it sit on some paper towels to drain, then crumble it.
04 - After the fries are done, place them on a big platter. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon crumbles on top.
05 - Pour some barbecue sauce over the bacon and cheese, then pop it back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt everything together.
06 - Take it out of the oven, drizzle sour cream, and add green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper on top. Enjoy immediately!

# Notes and Tips:

01 - For a crispier texture, bake the fries a bit longer or cook them twice.
02 - Want a flavor twist? Swap the cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack cheese.
03 - You could make bacon ahead of time and keep it for later use.
