Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Pop the frozen fries onto a baking tray and bake them for 25-30 minutes until they’re crispy and golden.

As the fries bake, cook the bacon until it’s crunchy. Let it sit on some paper towels to drain, then crumble it.

After the fries are done, place them on a big platter. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon crumbles on top.

Pour some barbecue sauce over the bacon and cheese, then pop it back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt everything together.

Take it out of the oven, drizzle sour cream, and add green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper on top. Enjoy immediately!
