Get your oven going at 375°F (190°C).

Throw the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a bowl and mix it well.

Grab small pieces of the meat mixture and stuff each with a bit of cheddar before rolling into balls.

Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each meatball.

Put them on a baking sheet, layer on some BBQ sauce, and bake for 25-30 minutes until the bacon looks crisp.
