Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger (Print Version)

Cheesy tortilla wraps with bacon, garlic butter, and melty goodness, baked for a perfect golden crunch and easy slicing.

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

→ Rollups

06 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
07 - 6 large flour tortillas
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Stir together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small dish until combined. Keep it handy for later.
02 - Heat your oven to 190°C. Spread out the tortillas on your counter or any smooth surface.
03 - Spread some of the garlic butter over each tortilla. Sprinkle crumbled bacon all over, then top with cheddar and mozzarella. If you like, throw on some chives at the end.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge, creating a spiral shape. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, seam facing down so they don't unroll.
05 - Brush the tops with any leftover garlic butter. Pop them in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, watching for the tortillas to brown and the cheese to melt beautifully.
06 - Once you pull them out, let them cool briefly before slicing them into bite-sized rounds. Arrange on a plate and dig in while they're warm!
