Add tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, minute rice, and beef broth to the skillet. Stir to combine, then bring to a light simmer for 2-3 minutes until the broth is absorbed.

Stir in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of chopped bacon.

Top with the remaining cheese and bacon. Cover and allow the steam to melt the cheese.
