Bacon Chicken Ranch (Print Version)

Crisp tortillas packed with golden chicken, salty bacon, fresh lettuce, cheddar, tangy ranch, and sliced tomato.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - Two chicken breasts, no skin or bones
02 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
03 - A teaspoon of smoky paprika
04 - One teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and pepper to your liking

→ Bacon

07 - Four crispy bacon slices, chopped up

→ Assembly

08 - 1 cup of shredded lettuce
09 - 6 taco shells (crispy kind)
10 - Half a cup of cheddar (only if you want)
11 - One medium-sized tomato, diced
12 - Quarter cup of fresh parsley or cilantro for topping

→ Ranch Drizzle

13 - Half a cup of bottled ranch dressing
14 - 1 tablespoon milk for thinning it a bit, if needed
15 - Freshly cracked black pepper on top

# Steps:

01 - Cut the chicken breasts into slim pieces. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - In a hot pan on medium-high heat, cook the chicken pieces for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Put them aside.
03 - Cook the bacon slices in a pan until they’re nice and crispy, then set them on paper towels to soak up grease. Chop them up into small pieces.
04 - Follow the heating directions on the taco shell package to give them some extra crunch.
05 - Pile shredded lettuce, warm chicken pieces, bacon bits, tomato cubes, and cheddar cheese (if you like) into each taco shell.
06 - Pour ranch dressing (add some milk if it’s too thick) on top of your tacos and finish with a sprinkle of cilantro or parsley.
