Bacon Chicken Ranch Wraps (Print Version)

Crisp, cheesy wraps filled with chicken, bacon, and drizzled with jalapeño ranch honey for a tangy-sweet kick.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
03 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
04 - 1.5 cups shredded Oaxaca cheese
05 - 0.25 cup Melinda's Jalapeño Ranch dressing
06 - 2 tablespoons of Melinda's Hot Honey
07 - 1 tablespoon oil or butter for greasing griddle
08 - Optional: diced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, lime juice, onion

# Steps:

01 - Combine hot honey with jalapeño ranch in a small bowl. Toss in some lime juice if you'd like.
02 - Slather sauce all over the tortillas. Pile chicken, bacon, and cheese on one side, then fold each tortilla over to make a half-circle.
03 - Set your griddle to 350°F and lightly coat it with butter or oil. Cook the folded tortillas for about 3-4 minutes on each side till the cheese is gooey and the outside is golden.
04 - Let the quesadillas rest for a minute or two, then cut them into triangles and serve with extra sauce on the side.
