Using a sharp knife, cut each chicken breast partially in half lengthwise to create a pocket, ensuring not to slice completely through.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Evenly divide brie cheese and cranberry sauce between the breasts, placing the filling in the pocket created.

Close chicken breasts and tightly wrap each with 3 slices of bacon, overlapping to secure the filling. Use toothpicks to hold in place if necessary.

Transfer the wrapped chicken onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Remove from oven and rest chicken loosely covered with foil for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks prior to plating.
