Bacon Cranberry Brie Chicken (Print-Friendly Version)

Chicken breasts filled with brie and cranberry sauce, wrapped in bacon and baked until golden, crispy, and flavorful.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Chicken and Seasoning

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt, to season
03 - Black pepper, to season

→ Stuffing

04 - 110–170 grams brie cheese, sliced
05 - 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce

→ Wrapping

06 - 6 slices bacon

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Using a sharp knife, cut each chicken breast partially in half lengthwise to create a pocket, ensuring not to slice completely through.
03 - Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
04 - Evenly divide brie cheese and cranberry sauce between the breasts, placing the filling in the pocket created.
05 - Close chicken breasts and tightly wrap each with 3 slices of bacon, overlapping to secure the filling. Use toothpicks to hold in place if necessary.
06 - Transfer the wrapped chicken onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
07 - Remove from oven and rest chicken loosely covered with foil for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks prior to plating.

# Extra Information:

01 - Do not cut the chicken breasts all the way through to ensure easy folding and to prevent filling from escaping.
02 - Wrap the bacon tightly around the chicken for even cooking and to help secure the stuffing.
03 - Allowing the stuffed chicken breasts to rest after baking improves juiciness.
