Bacon Egg Wraps (Print Version)

Warm wraps stuffed with fluffy eggs, smoky bacon, and veggies—great for prepping in advance or eating on the go.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 8 large eggs
03 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
04 - 6 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup diced bell peppers
07 - A pinch of salt and pepper

→ Optional Additions

08 - Avocado
09 - Hash browns
10 - Hot sauce

# Steps:

01 - In a nonstick skillet, fry the chopped bacon till it’s crispy. Take it out and set on the side.
02 - Use the same pan to cook tomatoes and bell peppers for a couple of minutes until soft.
03 - Beat the eggs, then cook them with the veggies in the pan until fluffy.
04 - Return the crispy bacon to the pan, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and give it a little stir.
05 - Microwave the tortillas for 20 seconds so they’re warm and flexible.
06 - Spoon the egg mixture onto the tortillas’ center. Fold in the edges, then roll tightly into burritos.
07 - With the seam side down, toast the burritos in a pan until golden and crunchy.
08 - Eat them warm, or wrap in foil and freeze for later meals.

01 - Freeze them once they’re completely cooled to keep them fresh.
