Get your oven hot by setting the temperature to 425°F (220°C).

Put frozen fries on a sheet pan and bake them until they turn crispy and golden, about 25 to 30 minutes.

As the fries are baking, cook bacon strips until crunchy. Place them on paper towels to drain and then break them into crumbs.

Move the hot fries to a big plate. Sprinkle them with bacon crumbs and shredded cheddar cheese.

Drizzle barbeque sauce over the fries, bacon, and cheese. Pop the plate back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Take the plate out of the oven, add sour cream, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper on top. Dig in while it’s warm!
