Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well blended and keep it ready.

Turn your oven on to 190°C to preheat. Spread the tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Coat each tortilla with the garlic butter mixture. Scatter crumbled bacon on top, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly. Add some chives if you'd like.

Roll the tortillas tightly from one edge into a spiral shape. Lay them seam-side facing down on a parchment-lined baking sheet so they don’t unravel.

Use any leftover garlic butter to brush the tops. Place them in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the tortillas become crispy and golden, and the cheese is gooey.

Take the rollups out of the oven and let them cool briefly. Slice each into smaller pieces, arrange on a tray, and dig in right away!
