Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger (Print Version)

Golden tortillas stuffed with bacon, garlic butter, cheddar, and mozzarella for an easy-to-share snack idea.

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter
02 - 2 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes (dried)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of table salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Rollups

06 - 6 large-sized tortillas (flour)
07 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
09 - 12 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
10 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh chives (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well blended and keep it ready.
02 - Turn your oven on to 190°C to preheat. Spread the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
03 - Coat each tortilla with the garlic butter mixture. Scatter crumbled bacon on top, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly. Add some chives if you'd like.
04 - Roll the tortillas tightly from one edge into a spiral shape. Lay them seam-side facing down on a parchment-lined baking sheet so they don’t unravel.
05 - Use any leftover garlic butter to brush the tops. Place them in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the tortillas become crispy and golden, and the cheese is gooey.
06 - Take the rollups out of the oven and let them cool briefly. Slice each into smaller pieces, arrange on a tray, and dig in right away!
