Cheesy Bacon Quesadilla (Print Version)

Crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and ranch come together in this quick, satisfying quesadilla meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Quesadilla Filling

01 - 1 Tbsp ranch dressing
02 - 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
03 - 1 tsp butter
04 - 1 flour tortilla
05 - 1/4 cup crumbled bacon

→ Extras for Garnish

06 - 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
07 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

# Steps:

01 - Pop some butter into a pan on medium heat. Keep the heat in check to avoid burning the tortilla while the inside warms up.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat in the heated skillet. Spread the cheese generously, scatter bacon bits on top, and finish with a drizzle of ranch. Put another tortilla over everything.
03 - Cook one side till golden. Flip it over, giving the second side a few minutes until both sides look toasty and crisp. This should take about 5 minutes altogether.
04 - Take the quesadilla off the heat, set it on a cutting board, and let it cool briefly. Slice it into wedges and enjoy with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and maybe some extra ranch for dipping.
