Blend flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a big bowl. Pour in olive oil and warm water, stirring until it starts turning into dough. Take the dough out onto a floured counter and knead until nice and soft. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it turns brown. Add a bit of salt and pepper for flavor. Drain any extra grease, then put the beef aside.

Roll your dough into a rectangle. Evenly sprinkle the beef, bacon, onion, tomato pieces, and cheddar over the dough. Roll it up tightly like a log, then slice into 12 even pieces.

Place the slices snugly in a greased dish. Cook in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for around 25 minutes or until beautifully golden.

Give them a chance to cool down a bit before serving. Add any sauces or toppings you like when eating.
