Baileys Irish Cream Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients needed to prepare)

→ Baileys Buttercream

02 - ½ cup salted butter, softened
03 - 2 ½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
06 - 3-4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

→ Ganache

07 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
08 - ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
09 - 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven as indicated. Line 8x8 pan with parchment. Make brownies per box, substituting ¼ cup Baileys for water. Cool completely.
02 - Beat butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until combined. Add Baileys and whipping cream gradually while beating until fluffy and smooth.
03 - Spread buttercream evenly over cooled brownies. Freeze while preparing ganache.
04 - Heat cream and Baileys until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips, let sit 3-4 minutes, then stir until smooth.
05 - Spread ganache over chilled buttercream. Let set 45-60 minutes at room temperature or 15 minutes refrigerated. Cut into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Baileys can be used in one, two, or all three layers
02 - Brownies contain small amount of alcohol in uncooked layers
03 - Only frost completely cooled brownies
04 - Check doneness with toothpick test
05 - Can be served with ice cream or whipped cream
