04 - 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or Herbes de Provence
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
08 - 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

09 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
10 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
11 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
12 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Sriracha, optional)
13 - 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
14 - 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth or soy sauce

→ Garnishes

15 - Lemon slices, for garnish
16 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced

# How to Make It:

01 - Start by heating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In a big bowl, toss the chicken with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes. Let it marinate for a bit.
02 - Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and give them a rinse. Lay the asparagus spears on one side of a large baking sheet and sprinkle some salt and black pepper on top.
03 - Grab a small bowl and whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, hot sauce, chicken broth or soy sauce, and lemon juice until everything's blended well.
04 - On the baking sheet, put the seasoned chicken pieces next to the asparagus. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce evenly over both the chicken and the asparagus.
05 - Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and isn't pink anymore. Take it out and top with chopped parsley, extra crushed red pepper flakes, and lemon slices. Enjoy right away!
