# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
05 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 7 1/2 tablespoons yogurt
09 - 1/4 cup butter, softened

→ Glaze

10 - 1 cup sugar (for powdered sugar)
11 - 2 tablespoons milk
12 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
03 - In a smaller bowl, combine vanilla extract, egg, yogurt, and softened butter.
04 - Mix the wet and dry ingredients together in a stand mixer until well combined. Alternatively, use a spoon and mix manually until combined.
05 - Grease a doughnut pan with butter. Tip: Use the butter wrapper for easy application.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow the doughnuts to cool completely before glazing.
07 - In a blender or food processor, blend the sugar until it becomes powdered sugar. Then, in a saucepan, heat the powdered sugar with milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
08 - Dip the cooled doughnuts into the glaze, ensuring an even coating. Place on a wire rack to allow excess glaze to drip off.
