Salmon with Creamy Avocado (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 4 salmon fillets
02 - Salt and black pepper to taste
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp paprika
05 - 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
06 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

→ For the Avocado Mash

07 - 2 ripe avocados
08 - 1 lime, zested and juiced
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Fresh dill, chopped
11 - 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Place salmon fillets in a baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne. Drizzle with olive oil, making sure fillets are well coated.
03 - Bake salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork but is still moist inside.
04 - While the salmon bakes, mash the avocados in a bowl. Add the lime zest, fresh lime juice, salt, and chopped dill. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
05 - Top each baked salmon fillet with a generous scoop of avocado mash and sprinkle with the chopped red onion. Serve immediately while warm.
