# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1½ tablespoons baking powder.
03 - ½ teaspoon salt.
04 - ⅓ cup butter, room temperature.
05 - ¾ cup milk.
06 - 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing.
07 - 1 large egg for wash.
08 - 1 tablespoon milk for wash.

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F.
02 - Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
03 - Mix in room temp butter until resembles crumbs.
04 - Make well, add milk, mix until dough forms. Rest 2-3 minutes.
05 - Knead briefly, roll ¾ inch thick, cut into rounds. Make indent on tops.
06 - Brush with egg wash, bake 12-14 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter.
