Balsamic Bacon Brussels Sprouts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
02 - 4 slices bacon, chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon pepper
06 - ¼ cup balsamic glaze, store-bought

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Spread them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and browned.
04 - While the Brussels sprouts roast, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
05 - Once the Brussels sprouts are done, add the crispy bacon and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss everything together and serve warm.
