In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, olive oil, applesauce, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour or spelt flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Slowly fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
