Frozen Banana Date Chocolate Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 8 large Medjool dates, pitted
02 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced into 16 slices
03 - 1 cup thick dairy-free yogurt (such as Siggi's)
04 - Thick nut butter (crunchy peanut butter recommended)

→ Chocolate Coating

05 - 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
06 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Open up the Medjool dates and flatten them as much as possible
02 - Mix the banana slices with dairy-free yogurt and place two coated slices on each flattened date
03 - Place in freezer for 30 minutes to firm up
04 - Remove from freezer and add a spoonful of nut butter on top of each date
05 - Return to freezer for another 30 minutes
06 - Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and allow to cool slightly
07 - Dip each date assembly into the melted chocolate until fully coated
08 - Place back in freezer for 30 minutes until chocolate is set

01 - Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
02 - For a firmer texture, place in freezer for 10 minutes before eating
