Open up the Medjool dates and flatten them as much as possible

Mix the banana slices with dairy-free yogurt and place two coated slices on each flattened date

Place in freezer for 30 minutes to firm up

Remove from freezer and add a spoonful of nut butter on top of each date

Return to freezer for another 30 minutes

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and allow to cool slightly

Dip each date assembly into the melted chocolate until fully coated

Place back in freezer for 30 minutes until chocolate is set
