Banana & Peanut Butter Chia Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tbsp chia seeds
02 - 1 cup milk
03 - 1 ripe banana
04 - 2 tbsp peanut butter
05 - 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - A pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
02 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
03 - When ready to serve, peel and slice the ripe banana.
04 - Divide the chia pudding into two servings. Top each serving with sliced banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired. Stir before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Can be prepared up to 3-4 days ahead
02 - Add banana just before serving to prevent browning
03 - Any type of milk can be used
04 - Maple syrup is optional for added sweetness
