Loaded BBQ Bacon Tater Tot (Print Version)

Savory tater tots with BBQ beef, bacon, and melty cheese for a comforting and satisfying family dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 32 oz frozen tater tots
02 - 1 lb ground beef or turkey
03 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
07 - ½ cup chopped green onions
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until it’s cooked through and no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - In a well-greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread half of the tater tots. Top with the cooked meat, drizzle BBQ sauce, and sprinkle half of the cheeses. Add the remaining tater tots, top with bacon and rest of the cheese.
04 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
05 - Sprinkle green onions on top and serve hot.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Leftover casserole can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or microwave individual portions for quick reheating.
