Savory beef rolls with cheddar inside, bacon wrapped, and coated in a smoky barbecue glaze. Perfect for parties!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
02 - 8 slices bacon
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 1 egg
09 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
10 - 1 lb ground beef

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, throw together the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
03 - Take bits of the mixture and mold them around small pieces of cheddar cheese.
04 - Wrap a piece of bacon tightly around each meatball.
05 - Arrange everything on a baking tray, slather BBQ sauce on top, and bake for about 25-30 minutes until the bacon gets crispy.
06 - Serve them up nice and warm.
