BBQ Chicken Hawaiian Sliders (Print Version)

Pulled chicken tossed in BBQ sauce, layered with cheddar on Hawaiian rolls for the ultimate party snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Slider Base

01 - 16 Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened and divided

→ Chicken Filling

03 - 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken (e.g., rotisserie chicken)
04 - ¾ cup honey barbecue sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Topping

06 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375ºF.
02 - Spray a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
03 - Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in the prepared baking pan.
04 - Spread 3 tablespoons of butter evenly on the roll bottoms.
05 - Mix shredded chicken and barbecue sauce together.
06 - Spread the shredded chicken mixture evenly over the roll bottoms.
07 - Sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken layer.
08 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken layer.
09 - Place the tops of the rolls on top of the sliders.
10 - Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter, brush it over the roll tops, and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly.
11 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
