BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders (Print-Friendly Version)

Smoky pork, bacon, cheese, and sweet glaze layered on Hawaiian rolls create irresistible sliders.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Sliders

01 - 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 450 grams pulled pork
04 - 160 milliliters barbecue sauce
05 - 6 slices white cheddar cheese
06 - 225 grams bacon, chopped into 5–7 cm pieces

→ Glaze

07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C.
02 - Arrange the Hawaiian slider rolls on a baking sheet and slice horizontally through the middle to create a top and bottom layer, keeping the rolls connected.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon of butter evenly over both the cut sides of the top and bottom of the rolls. Place in the oven for several minutes until lightly browned.
04 - Combine pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a saucepan and heat gently until warmed through.
05 - Spread the warmed pulled pork mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls. Layer white cheddar cheese slices over the pork, then distribute chopped bacon uniformly across the cheese.
06 - Position the top half of the rolls over the assembled fillings.
07 - Combine melted butter, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic until smooth.
08 - Brush or spoon the glaze generously over the tops of the sliders. Bake for 5–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.

# Extra Information:

01 - Keep the slider rolls attached while slicing and filling to facilitate easy assembly and even baking.
02 - Browning the bread before filling enhances texture and prevents sogginess.
03 - Serve the sliders fresh from the oven for best results.
