Beef Burritos Mexican (Print Version)

Soft tortillas stuffed with juicy beef, gooey cheese, and savory beans. A quick meal for gatherings or busy nights.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 soft flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 can of smooth refried beans
04 - 1 small bunch chopped cilantro, optional
05 - 1 pound browned ground beef
06 - Optional: a dollop of sour cream
07 - 1 packet pre-made taco spices
08 - Optional: diced tomatoes for topping

# Steps:

01 - Lay out your tortillas flat. You'll need one per serving.
02 - Mix your browned ground beef with the taco packet seasoning. If it's already cooked, you're looking at about 5 minutes to do this.
03 - Open the can of beans and spread a thin, even layer around the outer edges of each tortilla.
04 - Scoop seasoned beef on top of the beans, then sprinkle generously with your shredded cheese—cheddar, pepper jack, or any type you prefer.
05 - Fold the ends of each tortilla inward and roll them up tightly into burrito shapes.
06 - Set your burritos onto a microwave-safe plate with the seam downwards. Heat them in the microwave for about a minute, just long enough to melt the cheese and warm through.
07 - If you want, add a spoon of sour cream, cilantro, and some chopped tomatoes before serving immediately.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - Leftover seasoned beef and beans can be saved in the fridge for later if you're making a smaller batch.
