Lay out your tortillas flat. You'll need one per serving.

Mix your browned ground beef with the taco packet seasoning. If it's already cooked, you're looking at about 5 minutes to do this.

Open the can of beans and spread a thin, even layer around the outer edges of each tortilla.

Scoop seasoned beef on top of the beans, then sprinkle generously with your shredded cheese—cheddar, pepper jack, or any type you prefer.

Fold the ends of each tortilla inward and roll them up tightly into burrito shapes.

Set your burritos onto a microwave-safe plate with the seam downwards. Heat them in the microwave for about a minute, just long enough to melt the cheese and warm through.

If you want, add a spoon of sour cream, cilantro, and some chopped tomatoes before serving immediately.
