Toss the ground beef into a big pot and cook on medium heat. Break it up while it cooks. Drain any grease if you need to.

Mix in the minced garlic, then toss in some salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.

Add the beef broth and that can of crushed tomatoes to the pot.

Let it come to a light boil and drop in the macaroni noodles. Stir here and there while it cooks for about 10–15 minutes. Top it off with extra broth if the noodles start to dry out.

Once the macaroni is done, stir in the cheddar cheese. If needed, adjust the salt, pepper, or other seasonings to taste.

Scoop it onto plates or bowls while it’s still hot and dig in!
