Put the chuck roast in the bottom of a 6-litre slow cooker.

Sprinkle the dried minced onion and Montreal steak seasoning over the meat. Then, drizzle Worcestershire sauce and Arby's sauce on top.

Cover it and let it cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the meat's fork-tender.

Use two forks to shred the roast, mix it back into the sauce, and set your slow cooker to warm for serving.

Heat the cheddar cheese sauce in a microwave-safe container until it's nice and hot.

Add the shredded beef on top of the onion rolls, drizzle with the heated cheese sauce, and top with extra Arby's sauce if you want.
