Put the ground beef into a big pot and cook it on medium-high heat. Crumble the meat as it browns. Get rid of extra grease if there's too much.

Mix in the minced garlic and sprinkle the beef with black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Pour the beef broth and crushed tomatoes into the pot.

Turn up the heat to get it to simmer. Toss in the macaroni and let it cook for around 10–15 minutes. Check and stir often. If it starts drying out, add some broth.

When the pasta's done, mix in the shredded cheese until smooth. Taste it and adjust with extra seasoning, if you think it needs it.
