02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/3 cup bacon bits
04 - 1/3 cup pizza sauce
05 - 3 oz diced pepperoni
06 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend
08 - 1 cup creamy ricotta cheese
09 - 1 cup finely chopped yellow onion
10 - 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
11 - 1 lb ground lean beef

→ Topping

12 - 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
13 - 3 oz sliced pepperoni
14 - 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - 2 cups of your favorite pizza sauce

# Steps:

01 - Get your oven ready by cranking it up to 375°F.
02 - Use medium-high heat to cook the ground beef in a big skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
03 - After the meat browns, add onion bits, bell pepper, and diced pepperoni. Let them soften while you mix it up.
04 - Stir in minced garlic and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
05 - Turn off the heat. Stir in pizza sauce, ricotta, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and bacon. Mix it all together until it’s blended nicely.
06 - Lay the tortillas flat and load up the filling down the center of each one.
07 - Roll the tortillas tightly and set them seam-side down on a greased baking pan.
08 - Spoon some pizza sauce on top of the rolled tortillas and toss over mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and bacon.
09 - Let them bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling around the edges.
10 - Pop them out of the oven and enjoy fresh and hot.
