Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a big bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, combine the browned butter, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas. Mix until creamy and well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in half of the chopped nuts.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the rest of the nuts on top. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
