Air Fryer Biscuit Pizzas (Print Version)

Golden biscuit crust with melty cheese, tangy sauce, and sausage—a convenient go-to for snacks or easy meals.

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 refrigerated biscuits (12 ounces), from a can
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - ⅔ cup pizza sauce or tomato base
04 - 2 ounces mini pepperoni (roughly 30 pieces)
05 - ½ cup crumbled Italian sausage, cooked
06 - An optional sprinkle of dried oregano, about ½ teaspoon

# Steps:

01 - Turn the air fryer on and set it to 370°F so it heats up.
02 - Pop open the biscuit can and lay them on a flat surface. Flatten each biscuit until it's about 4 inches across.
03 - Place the flattened biscuits into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. If needed, cook them in multiple rounds.
04 - Take 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce and smear it over a biscuit. Add about 1.5 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella on top.
05 - Pile on mini pepperoni, sausage, or any other favorite topping. Sprinkle oregano if you're into it.
06 - Air fry each batch for about 4 to 5 minutes at 370°F. Look for melty cheese and golden crust.
07 - Carefully lift the pizzas out with tongs or a spatula. Repeat cooking until all are done.
08 - Dig in while they're warm! Leftovers? Keep them in the fridge, good for up to 3 days.

# Notes and Tips:

01 - If you prefer thin crust, slice each biscuit in half, roll it thinner, and make twice as many.
02 - Heat leftovers in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 350°F or microwave for 30 seconds.
03 - For an extra crispy base, roll thin, poke a few holes with a fork, and cook each side for a minute or two before adding toppings.
