Place a 5-6 quart pot of water on to boil. Fill a large bowl with ice water. Once water is boiling, add kosher salt and then the broccoli. Blanch for 90 seconds, then transfer to the ice water bath using a spider or strainer.

Bring the water back to a boil and add the pasta. Cook according to package directions. Once cooked, drain and cool with cold running water.
03 -
Remove broccoli from the ice water bath and dry thoroughly on paper towels, squeezing out any excess water. Shake off excess water from the pasta and dry with paper towels.
04 -
In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, toasted walnuts, shredded cheddar cheese, red onion, and grapes.
05 -
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, poppy seeds, white pepper, dry mustard, sugar, cider vinegar, and olive oil.
06 -
Pour the dressing into the large bowl with the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
