Stir together the brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, pineapple juice (saved earlier), and cloves (if using) until there are no lumps.

Place the pineapple chunks and diced ham into the greased dish, spreading them evenly.

Drizzle the glaze on top of the ham and pineapple, then gently stir to cover it all.

Pop the dish into the oven and let it bake uncovered for about 30-35 minutes until bubbly and slightly caramelized.
