Sweet Pineapple Ham Bake (Print Version)

Juicy ham wrapped in a sweet, tangy glaze of pineapple and brown sugar for the perfect baked comfort food.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
02 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
03 - 1 can (20 oz) of pineapple chunks, drained (save the liquid)
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 1/4 cup of reserved pineapple juice
07 - Salt and pepper as needed
08 - 2 lbs of diced cooked ham

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch dish.
02 - Stir together the brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, pineapple juice (saved earlier), and cloves (if using) until there are no lumps.
03 - Place the pineapple chunks and diced ham into the greased dish, spreading them evenly.
04 - Drizzle the glaze on top of the ham and pineapple, then gently stir to cover it all.
05 - Pop the dish into the oven and let it bake uncovered for about 30-35 minutes until bubbly and slightly caramelized.
