Tender chicken meatballs with bold buffalo flavor, finished with ranch or blue cheese for the ultimate snack.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
02 - ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - ¼ cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce or preferred hot sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
07 - 3-5 green onions, finely chopped (set some aside for garnish)
08 - ⅓ cup celery, finely chopped (set some aside for garnish)
09 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
10 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
11 - Ranch or blue cheese for dipping or drizzling

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
02 - Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, buffalo sauce, minced garlic, ranch seasoning, onion powder, pepper, and chopped celery and green onions in a large bowl until well combined.
03 - Form into tablespoon-sized meatballs using wet hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 18-20 minutes. For a crispier top, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
05 - Brush with extra buffalo sauce for added flavor, if desired.
06 - Garnish with reserved green onions and celery. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese on top or serve on the side. Serve immediately.
