Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 3 1/2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie recommended)
02 - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (such as Franks)
03 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
04 - 2 Tbsp honey
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - Pinch of black pepper

→ Cheese

07 - 2 cups low moisture mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded

→ Rolls & Topping

09 - 12 count King's Hawaiian Rolls
10 - 4 Tbsp butter, melted
11 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
12 - 1 tsp garlic salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, garlic and pepper in mixing bowl.
03 - Slice rolls, place bottoms on sheet. Layer with chicken mixture and cheeses. Add top rolls.
04 - Mix Italian seasoning and garlic salt with melted butter. Brush most on top of rolls.
05 - Cover with foil, bake 15-20 minutes. Remove foil, bake 5 more minutes. Brush with remaining butter if desired.

03 - Use freshly grated cheese, not pre-shredded
