09 - 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
10 - 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
11 - 1 pinch salt, to taste

→ For the Quick Guacamole

12 - 0.5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (juice from approximately half a lemon)
13 - 2 medium avocados, pit removed and peeled
14 - 0.5 teaspoon salt, to taste

→ Toppings and Assembly

15 - 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
16 - 0.5 cup pickle chips
17 - 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
18 - 8-10 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
19 - 2 small heads romaine lettuce, leaves only, roughly chopped (approximately 8-9 cups)

# How to Make It:

01 - Take four serving bowls. Add romaine lettuce to each bowl. Evenly distribute the ground beef, cherry tomatoes, pickle chips, crumbled bacon, sautéed red onion, and quick guacamole on top. Drizzle the special sauce generously over everything. Serve right away, and offer extra sauce if anyone wants more.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle relish, maple syrup or coconut aminos, dried minced onion, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Whisk everything until smooth and well-blended. Taste and tweak the seasoning if needed, and set it aside for later.
03 - Heat the skillet back up on medium heat. Layer the sliced red onions in the skillet, cooking them in batches if necessary. Fry until they get a light char on both sides, flipping them once. Move the onions to a bowl or plate and continue with the rest.
04 - Grab a large cast-iron or nonstick skillet and heat it over medium. Swirl in the avocado oil to cover the bottom. Once the oil’s hot, toss in the ground beef mix and cook it, stirring often, until it’s browned and crumbled. Take it off the heat and set it aside.
05 - In a small bowl, mix the avocados, lemon juice, and salt together. Use a fork to mash them until smooth but keep it slightly chunky. Put it aside until you’re ready to serve.
06 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, garlic powder, and salt. Use clean hands or a wooden spoon to mix everything really well. Set this aside.

# Extra Information:

01 - If you want a Whole30-friendly version, swap out the maple syrup for coconut aminos in the special sauce.
02 - You can swap lime juice with lemon juice in the guacamole for a different taste.
03 - All toppings are optional; feel free to add more veggies or your favorite garnishes.
