# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 ounces penne pasta
02 - ½ yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 packet bacon, cut into small pieces
04 - 2 pounds ground beef

→ Seasonings and Sauces

05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 tablespoon pickle relish with dill
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning (Montreal style)

→ Sauce Base

10 - ½ cup heavy cream
11 - 8 ounces canned tomato sauce

→ Cheese

12 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, mild

# Steps:

01 - Boil the pasta following the directions on the package. Once done, drain it and leave it aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the bacon until crunchy. Remove it and drain on paper towels.
03 - Throw the onion and ground beef into the same skillet and cook until the beef's no longer pink. Get rid of any grease left behind.
04 - Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and steak seasoning with the beef mixture. Stir it all together well.
05 - Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, dill relish, tomato sauce, and heavy cream. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
06 - Mix in 1 cup of cheese along with half of the crispy bacon. Keep stirring until the cheese melts down and everything's blended.
07 - Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and stir until everything's evenly coated and combined.
08 - Spoon the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the bacon and cheddar on top. Bake it at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, just until the cheese is nicely melted. Serve warm!
