Cheeseburger Foil Potato Packets (Print-Friendly Version)

Ground beef, veggies, and cheese wrapped in foil and grilled for a satisfying summer meal.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - Steak seasoning, to taste
03 - Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce, for drizzling
04 - 4 medium potatoes, cubed
05 - 1 medium onion, chopped
06 - 150 g baby carrots, halved
07 - Olive oil, for drizzling
08 - Shredded Colby Jack cheese, as needed

# How to Make It:

01 - Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape into patties. Wash and dice the potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes. Chop the onion and slice baby carrots in half.
02 - Arrange two sheets of aluminium foil for each portion. Place one chopped potato, a handful of onion, and some baby carrots on the foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with steak seasoning.
03 - Position a beef patty on top of the vegetables in each packet. Season the patty with additional steak seasoning and drizzle with Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce.
04 - Wrap the foil tightly, sealing all sides to contain juices. Repeat for all four portions. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 20–25 minutes, until the beef is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
05 - Carefully open each packet and sprinkle with shredded Colby Jack cheese. Return packets to grill for 1–2 minutes if needed to melt cheese. Serve immediately with extra Texas Roadhouse Gold Sauce.

# Extra Information:

01 - For even cooking, ensure vegetables are cut into uniform pieces and do not overcrowd each foil packet.
