Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended and set aside.

Sauté ground beef and chopped onion over medium-high heat in a skillet. Add salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until beef is browned; drain excess fat. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Remove baked garlic bread from oven. Gently depress the center of each slice using the back of a spoon to create a slight well.
