08 - 1 package (8 slices) garlic bread toast
09 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 2 green onions, chopped

11 - 120 ml mayonnaise
12 - 60 ml ketchup
13 - 30 ml yellow mustard
14 - 1 tablespoon sweet relish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven and bake garlic bread toast following package instructions; for a crispier texture, add 2–3 extra minutes to baking time.
02 - Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended and set aside.
03 - Sauté ground beef and chopped onion over medium-high heat in a skillet. Add salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until beef is browned; drain excess fat. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
04 - Remove baked garlic bread from oven. Gently depress the center of each slice using the back of a spoon to create a slight well.
05 - Distribute beef mixture evenly on top of the garlic bread slices. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese over each piece.
06 - Return assembled garlic bread to the oven and bake just until the cheese is fully melted, 3–5 minutes.
07 - Spoon prepared burger sauce over each piece and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve promptly while warm.
