A mix of crispy bacon, eggs, cheese, and potatoes wrapped in a soft tortilla—makes mornings easy and yummy.

# Ingredients:

→ Egg Mixture

01 - 6 eggs, large
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - ⅛ tsp cayenne
04 - ½ tsp garlic powder
05 - salt and black pepper, adjust to taste

→ Burrito Fillings

06 - 4 big flour tortillas, warmed up
07 - 1 cup crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar
09 - 5 links of sausage, cooked and chopped
10 - 2 cups roasted or store-bought potatoes

→ Toppings

11 - fresh salsa
12 - creamy sour cream

# Steps:

01 - Warm butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add spices, whisking them together. Gently cook the mixture while stirring until the texture is set and fluffy.
02 - Place a tortilla flat and layer ½ cup soft scrambled eggs, ¼ cup grated cheese, and ½ cup potatoes in the middle. Top it off with ¼ cup sausage or some bacon bits. Roll it snugly into a burrito shape. Heat with butter or oil in a pan until golden and crispy, or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Put on fresh salsa and dollop sour cream before serving.
