Creamy Broccoli Rice Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Cooked rice
02 - Steamed broccoli florets
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
04 - Shredded chicken (optional)
05 - Condensed cream of chicken soup
06 - Milk

→ Seasonings

07 - Garlic powder
08 - Onion powder
09 - Salt
10 - Pepper

→ Optional Topping

11 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
12 - 1 tablespoon melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In large bowl, combine cooked rice, steamed broccoli, 1 1/2 cups cheese, optional chicken, soup, milk, and seasonings.
03 - Pour mixture into prepared dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
04 - Mix breadcrumbs or crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
05 - Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
